The Process Analyst will be responsible for operational tasks of medium complexity, supporting and executing structured data and information analysis, consolidating surveys, and supporting the development of solutions and implementation of improvements in the Executive Management's routine and processes. This role involves researching, structuring, and consolidating information for documents, reports, and opinions related to routine and process management, promoting consolidation, revision, and availability for final validation by high-complexity professionals, lead managers, and specialists. The analyst will also structure materials for Critical Analysis Meetings (RACs), manage performance indicators and management goals, provide alerts, analyze historical and behavioral data, and propose action plans for deviations or risks to goal fulfillment, with content and formatting requiring prior validation by the lead manager before presentation. Direct support is also required in structuring and developing performance indicator proposals, including input gathering, system feeding, result analysis, and material preparation for managerial validation and input reviews.
