OBJECTIVE

Project Management / Process Mapping.

ACTIVITIES

• Project Management and Monitoring: Perform highly complex tasks, being responsible for structuring and monitoring project demands.
• Critical Analysis and Solution Proposal: Analyze complex project problems and propose improvements to standards and processes.
• Review and Control: Review the execution of operational activities and ensure the control and monitoring of projects.
• Implementation of Improvements: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance project execution and results.

EDUCATION

• Undergraduate: Bachelor's in Administration
• Postgraduate: Strategic Management Intelligence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced MS Project Experience: Ability to create, monitor, and adjust complex project schedules, ensuring delivery within established deadlines and budgets;
• Project Management: Proven experience in project management;
• Process Management: Experience in Process Mapping using Bizagi Modeler, with solid knowledge in process management methodologies and techniques, such as BPM (Business Process Management) and Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt certification or higher). This includes understanding the concepts of process mapping and modeling, flow analysis, identification of bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities;
• Experience in preparing management presentations: Ability to prepare and present project progress and results reports to senior management, demonstrating clarity and confidence;
• Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders, including team, clients, and suppliers;
• Conflict Management: Aptitude to identify and constructively resolve conflicts within the team, maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment;
• Meeting Leadership: Experience in conducting efficient meetings, maintaining focus on objectives and ensuring active participation of team members;
• Management Presentations: Ability to prepare and present project progress and results reports to senior management, demonstrating clarity and confidence.

Desirable requirements:

• Experience in project management using MS Project: Ability to create, monitor, and adjust complex project schedules, ensuring delivery within deadlines;
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) certification.
