Job Description

As the Talent Marketing Specialist, you will bring Philips’ employer brand to life. You will be crafting compelling go-to-market strategies, campaigns and tactics to attract, excite and influence top talent to work at Philips. Your responsibilities include developing and deploying talent marketing strategies, advising stakeholders on talent attraction best practices, promoting and activating Philips’ Employer Value Proposition (EVP), adapting career and social channels to create a seamless candidate journey, and leveraging data analytics to optimize talent marketing initiatives. You will also need to develop a deep understanding of the labor market and emerging trends in talent marketing to maintain Philips’ leadership position in the talent marketplace.

Job Description

As the Talent Marketing Specialist, you’ll bring Philips’ employer brand to life, crafting compelling go-to-market strategies, campaigns and tactics that will attract, excite and influence top talent to work at Philips. You will be the subject matter expert and advisor to the Business and/or Regions assigned to you on all talent attraction matters, enabling the organization to attract and retain the most critical talent needed for business success.

Job responsibilities (KARs):

Talent attraction strategy

  • Develop and deploy go-to-market talent marketing strategies and campaigns in your assigned Business/Region, to attract and engage the best-fit talent that meets business goals, prioritizing key talent personas

Strategic business partnering and senior stakeholder management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders including Talent Services, People, and Business leaders, offering audience persona insights and guidance on talent marketing best practices, in support of organizational talent attraction and engagement goals

  • Collaborate with Brand & Communications, People Communications and Business Marketing to drive synergy and amplify brand reach and presence, ensuring a unified and compliant brand experience for talent

EVP advisory, promotion and activation

  • Drive the promotion and activation of Philips’ Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through the development of consistent and compelling content across owned and earned channels, adapted for your assigned Business/Region, in alignment with the global EVP

  • Provide EVP advisory services to your assigned Business/Region, helping translate the global EVP messaging into relevant and customized proof points (reasons to believe)

Candidate experience

  • Adapt and localize key career and social channels in your assigned Business/Region to create a highly engaging and seamless candidate journey for top talent, leveraging the latest social tools, platforms and technologies

Data-driven decision making and excellence

  • Leverage advanced data analytics to monitor, optimize and evaluate talent marketing initiatives to drive performance excellence, impact and strategic decision-making

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the labor market, industry’s best practices, latest innovations and emerging trends in talent marketing to enhance Philips’ recruitment strategies and maintain leadership position in the talent marketplace

  • Contribute to a community of best practice sharing to ensure continuous learning and scaling of solutions for impact where relevant

Job requirements:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field of study

Experience

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a marketing or brand communications-focused role

Preferred requirements

  • Employer branding experience is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of content creation, digital and social media platforms, with proven ability in developing and implementing creatively bold ideas effectively
  • Ability to build business acumen and strong stakeholder relationships to collaborate effectively across matrix, cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated data-driven mindset to drive strategic decision making and measure success
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
