Job Description

As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for diligently implementing sales orders to ensure timely delivery of goods. This involves coordinating manual and automated sales orders across various channels, including returns, and ensuring comprehensive oversight. You will swiftly resolve root causes of non-touchless and one-time-right flows, monitor order receipts and status, guide the administrative flow of all sales orders from intake to recognition, and engage with internal departments to resolve issues and maintain clean sales order records, proactively preventing escalations.
Good To Have:
  • Understanding of supply chain or equivalent areas.
  • Capability of creating pivot tables, V-lookup function or other functions/tools for data analysis in MS Excel.
Must Have:
  • Coordinate and oversee manual and automated sales orders across multiple channels, including returns.

  • Regularly monitor order receipts and status, providing transparent, up-to-date sales activity information.
  • Guide the administrative flow of all sales orders from intake to recognition.

  • Possess a High School Diploma, Vocational Education or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.
  • Have 2+ years of experience with Vocational Education in order processing/order management, or no prior experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Be a customer-focused professional.
  • Excel at meeting tight deadlines and resolving escalated issues.

As an Order Management Specialist you are responsible for implementing sales orders diligently to ensure timely delivery of ordered goods to the customer, by coordinating manual and automated sales orders, ensuring oversight across various channels, including returns, for comprehensive management of the process

Your role:

  • Coordinates and oversees manual and automated sales orders across multiple channels, including returns, ensuring comprehensive oversight and management of the entire sales order process.
  • Swiftly resolves root causes of non-touchless and one-time-right flows to ensure fulfillment and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Regularly monitors order receipts and status, providing transparent, up-to-date sales activity information to support informed decision-making.
  • Guides the administrative flow of all sales orders from intake to recognition, ensuring smooth, efficient processing and maintaining operational continuity.
  • Engages with internal departments to resolve issues, maintain clean sales order records, and foster effective collaboration, while proactively communicating to prevent escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.

You're the right fit if:

  • You posses a High School Diploma, Vocational Education or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.
  • You have 2+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as order processing order management, or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree, preferably with understanding of supply chain or equivalent areas.
  • You are preferably knowledgeable in SAP, SFDC or an equivalent ERP system. You are knowledgeable in MS Excel, preferably with the capability of creating pivot tables, V-lookup function or other functions/tools for data analysis.
  • You are a customer-focused professional with critical thinking, strong communication skills and innovative problem-solving skills. You excel at meeting tight deadlines, resolving escalated issues, and are forward-thinking with strong organizational abilities.
  • May be required to work overtime, based on business &/or departmental needs.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
