Marketing Director - Beauty Category (BU Leader & New venture)
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Drive superior consumer value by developing and executing the E2E innovation and go-to-market approach to reach prioritized beauty consumer segments and ensure profitability and growth of the assigned portfolio of Beauty and New Venture as the Region Business Unit Leader in alignment with the Great China region’s business and overall Marketing strategy to ensure perfect and flawless new product introductions and launches at market/country level and explore new GTM strategy for Beauty category in China.

The Grooming & Beauty marketing team, a key category within Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will report to the RBUL G&B, PH GrC and collaborate with many other teams including Trade Marketing, Digital marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc.,.
