We are looking for a talented individual to join our Operations team. This hybrid role, based in Aguascalientes, requires at least three days a week in the office. The Operations and Service Specialist will provide excellent customer service in benefits and flexible insurance, maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include ensuring timely processing of complex documents, understanding insurance legislation, advising employees on policies, managing claims and movements, monitoring client portfolios, capturing information on insurer portals, providing 24/7 emergency service, giving client presentations, and conducting plant visits in Morelos.
Must have:
- Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation)
- Maintain a basic understanding of relevant core insurance aspects and related legislation (client awareness) and strengthen established relationships
- Advise and support employees regarding the use of their policies
- Experience in clarifying claims (Reimbursements, schedules, direct payment) and Movements (registrations, cancellations, corrections, renewals)
- Monitor and manage the assigned client portfolio and verify processes
- Experience in capturing information in different insurance company portals
- Provide 24/7 attention and service for any emergency
- Give presentations to clients and policyholders regarding their policy coverages
- Visit plants in the state of Morelos, 3 times a week

We will count on you to:

What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative, actuarial, or related fields.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions
- Intermediate Excel (data crossing and pivot tables)
- Basic - intermediate English is a plus
- Intermediate PowerPoint
- Experience with insurance company platforms
