The Ops Team Lead/Process Assistant supports in managing the day-to-day operational functions for the Logistics Center departments and in the most cost-effective manner while meeting the needs of both the internal and external customer. The role combines hands-on operational management with training, mentoring, and reporting to ensure productivity, safety, and quality goals are met.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in warehouse or logistics leadership, with specific experience in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management involving onsite ordering, picking, packing, and shipping.
Reasonably expected salary range: $57,000.00 - $71,200.00
