The Powerxlex Ops Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Technical Support Engineers in an international technical support environment. The core responsibilities include directing and controlling day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, understanding business objectives, promoting process improvement, and conducting performance reviews. The role requires a proven track record as a Team Leader/Front Line Manager and in-depth knowledge of performance metrics such as NPS and CSAT. This role involves strategic and tactical planning to ensure high-quality service and an extraordinary customer experience. The manager will also conduct one-on-ones and team-building activities.
