Responsibilities include testing updates, collaborating with teams, identifying defects, preparing test documentation, and participating in UAT to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.

Must Have:
  • Perform functional and data validation on Oracle HRMS modules.
  • Test and verify updates or modifications to personal records and work structure data.
  • Identify, report, and track system defects and inconsistencies.
  • Assist in preparing test plans, test scripts, and documentation.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an Oracle EBS HRMS QA Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS screens (Personal Data, Work Structure, Absence Management, Self-Service).
  • Ability to update and modify Oracle HRMS personal records and work structure data.
  • Good understanding of Oracle HRMS data flow and functional dependencies.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Perform functional and data validation on Oracle HRMS modules, including Personal Data, Work Structure, Absence Management, and Self-Service.
  • Test and verify updates or modifications made to personal records and work structure data in Oracle HRMS.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance of HRMS processes.
  • Identify, report, and track system defects and inconsistencies to ensure a high-quality product.
  • Assist in preparing test plans, test scripts, and documentation for HRMS features and workflows.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide feedback to improve system efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and adherence to Oracle HRMS best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience working as an Oracle EBS HRMS QA Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS screens such as Personal Data, Work Structure, Absence Management, and Self-Service.
  • Ability to update and modify Oracle HRMS personal records and work structure data.
  • Good understanding of Oracle HRMS data flow and functional dependencies.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Arabic language proficiency preferred.
