Lead Oral Key Customers’ Supply Chain Management (incl. but not limited, new supply chain process set-up/implement for direct-supply Customers, continuous service level improvement for global strategy Customer-Watson’s, etc.) and initiate/implement customer value creation projects together with Customers Accountable for Oral direct supply Key Customers’ supply chain activities to support business growth and improve key Customers’ service levels at optimal costs Set up direct supply Key Customers’ supply chain KPI dashboard and lead regular review and drive continuous improvement; support implement new direct-supply Customers if need Take lead to continuous enhancement of service level of global strategy Customer-Watson’s together with internal team/external Customer, also take lead for monthly review with Customer for better satisfaction with Customer Collaborate with internal cross-functional team and external Key customers to improve internal and external processes and procedures and drive customer value creation projects Support NPI launch on-time for direct supply Customers
