Job Description

As a pharmacy store sales representative, you will be responsible for communicating with pharmacy managers and staff, promoting the company's products, and providing product knowledge training. The main goals are to enhance customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and ensure the effective execution of promotional activities. Key responsibilities include promoting company products, training staff on product knowledge, executing promotional activities, managing product displays, collecting market feedback, supporting online distribution, and participating in festive promotion planning.
Must have:
  • Communicate with pharmacy managers and staff to promote company medicines and health products, increasing sales performance.
  • Regularly train staff on product knowledge to improve their understanding and recommendation ability of company products.
  • Coordinate and promote the implementation of company promotional activities in stores, ensuring effective execution of promotion plans.
  • Responsible for reasonable product display in stores, ensuring consistent brand image and enhancing product visibility.
  • Regularly collect market and customer feedback, timely adjust sales strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Assist stores in product distribution and display on O2O platforms like Meituan, Ele.me, JD, to enhance online brand exposure.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of festive promotional activities to boost sales performance.
  • College degree or above.
  • 2+ years of sales or customer management experience.
  • Proficient in using Office software, especially Excel.
Good to have:
  • Basic market analysis skills and brand activity management experience preferred.

Job Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote company products: Communicate with pharmacy managers and staff to promote the company's medicines and health products, increasing sales performance.
  • Train product knowledge: Regularly provide product knowledge training to staff to improve their understanding and recommendation ability of company products.
  • Execute promotional activities: Coordinate and promote the implementation of company promotional activities in stores, ensuring effective execution of promotion plans.
  • Product display management: Responsible for the reasonable display of products in stores, ensuring consistent brand image and enhancing product visibility.
  • Collect market feedback: Regularly collect market and customer feedback, timely adjust sales strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Online distribution support: Assist stores in product distribution and display on O2O platforms such as Meituan, Ele.me, and JD, to enhance online brand exposure.
  • Festive promotion planning: Participate in the planning and implementation of festive promotional activities to boost sales performance.

Scope of Responsibility:

  • Personnel management: Number of direct subordinates: 0 people
  • Budget control: Assist in the formulation and control of budgets for relevant projects, ensuring efficient and reasonable use of funds.
  • Work area: Involves the execution of store sales plans, including promotional activities, product display, and market promotion.
  • Decision-making scope and impact: Under the guidance of the store sales supervisor, assist in customer decision-making and sales strategy execution, impacting customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Education level: College degree or above
  • Work experience: 2+ years of sales or customer management experience
  • Professional knowledge/skills: Basic market analysis skills and brand activity management experience preferred
  • Computer and foreign language proficiency: Proficient in using Office software, especially Excel

Complexity:

  • Uncertain factors in work: Changes in market trends and fluctuations in customer demand may require plan adjustments.
  • Situations requiring complex analysis: Basic data analysis is required when involving budget overruns or significant changes in customer demand.
  • Communication complexity: Requires frequent communication with customers and various internal departments to ensure smooth project progress and timely resolution of issues.

Haleon sales team and/or functional employees are obligated and responsible for promoting and selling all Haleon (including labor relations employers and their affiliated companies) products within their jurisdiction or channels (nutritional health, over-the-counter drugs, oral health, and product categories that the company may expand and/or designate in the future) according to company arrangements.
