Job Description

The Sr. Sales Supervisor, BRM will be responsible for developing and implementing retail broad market strategies within the assigned region, specifically focusing on Henan's 8 prefecture-level cities. This role involves managing distributors, achieving sales targets, promoting product distribution, and executing market activities. Key duties include maintaining relationships with major chain stores and large single stores, managing wholesale businesses, and expanding market share and brand influence for the company's products in the retail terminal market. The supervisor will also ensure effective execution of sales strategies for terminal customers and manage customer profitability.
Must have:
  • Develop and implement retail broad market strategies in the assigned region.
  • Manage distributors and achieve sales targets in Henan's 8 prefecture-level cities.
  • Drive product distribution and market activities for project distributors.
  • Maintain relationships with key chain stores and large single stores.
  • Manage wholesale commercial communication and channel consolidation.
  • Develop and manage broad retail customers, increasing market share and brand influence.
  • Coordinate with company departments to promote business development.
  • Manage customer profitability, including contract execution and cost control.
  • Hold a college degree or above in medicine, marketing, or related fields.
  • Possess over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/consumer goods sales, key account, and channel management.
  • Familiarity with product market conditions, policies, and supply chain management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Strong sales, communication, logical thinking, market analysis, and coaching skills.

About the role

  • Reasonably formulate and implement retail broad market strategies within the region in accordance with the company's overall policy.
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of the retail broad market in the assigned region, and the effective execution of sales strategies for terminal customers in the assigned region.
  • Support the business development and growth of key commercial customers in the assigned region, in line with the company's plan.
  • Achieve the company's product sales targets for key customers, increase market share, and enhance control over the key retail terminal market in this region.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the broad retail business planning and achievement in 8 prefecture-level cities in Henan.
  • Through the management of distributors in the jurisdiction, complete the company's management sales indicators and ensure their achievement. Responsible for promoting broad retail projects for project distributors, including promoting the achievement of annual agreements, product distribution, and market activity execution.
  • Responsible for daily communication and maintenance with key chain stores and large single stores in the jurisdiction, and exploring in-store business opportunities.
  • Responsible for communication and channel consolidation for wholesale businesses in the jurisdiction.
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of broad retail customers in the assigned region, including increasing market share, brand penetration, new product distribution and growth, value chain maintenance, sales channel consolidation, market activity execution, sales data analysis, market information collection and feedback, continuously expanding the company's product market sales share, brand visibility, and influence at the terminal, and establishing long-term strategic partnerships with customers.
  • Maintain close coordination and cooperation with company headquarters and regional functional departments, and actively promote healthy and sustainable business development.
  • Communicate with regional customer headquarters and branches, maintain good customer cooperation relationships, manage customer profitability in the assigned region (including contract terms execution, cost control, and promotion evaluation), and regularly conduct business reviews with customer business departments.

Requirements

  • College degree or above, in medicine, marketing or related major.
  • More than 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer goods sales, key account management, and channel management.
  • Familiar with the company's products and competitive product market conditions and relevant policies and regulations.
  • Master the working links and operational characteristics of commercial channel sales, and possess certain knowledge of supply chain management.
  • Proficient in computer operation and use of common office software, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), etc.

  • Logical thinking and market analysis skills.
  • Personnel coaching ability.
