Job Description

As a Store Sales Supervisor, you will manage and guide store sales representatives to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Your primary goal is to achieve store sales targets and optimize operational efficiency. This involves training the team, maintaining strong customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, collecting market feedback, collaborating with other departments, and reporting on sales progress and market dynamics.

Job Objective:

As a Store Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and guiding store sales representatives, driving sales performance growth, and improving customer satisfaction. The main goal is to ensure the achievement of store sales targets and optimize store operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Ensure the store completes set sales targets, improving sales performance through effective team management and market strategies.
  • Training and Guidance: Train and guide store sales representatives to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge, thereby strengthening the team's overall sales capability.
  • Maintain Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain good relationships with store customers, providing quality service to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement Sales Strategies: Implement specific store sales plans and promotional activities based on market demand and company strategy to drive sales growth.
  • Collect Market Feedback: Regularly collect market and customer feedback, analyze sales data, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner to respond to market changes.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and inventory management teams to ensure resource integration and information sharing, optimizing store operations.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit store sales reports, regularly reporting sales progress, market dynamics, and problem solutions to the regional sales manager to support decision-making.

Scope of Responsibility:

  • Personnel Management: Sales representatives for 7-10 stores.
  • Budget Control: Assist in the formulation and control of budgets for store-related projects, ensuring efficient and reasonable use of funds.
  • Work Area: Involves the execution of various sales plans, store promotional activities, and customer service management.
  • Decision Scope and Impact: Involves the execution of store sales strategies and resource allocation, impacting store sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education Level: Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Experience: 3+ years of retail or sales management experience, with store management experience preferred.
  • Professional Knowledge/Skills: Possess good sales strategy formulation ability and team management experience.
  • Computer and Foreign Language Proficiency: Proficient in using Office software, especially Excel, with English communication skills preferred.

Complexity:

  • Uncertain Factors in Work: Changes in market trends and fluctuations in customer demand may require adjustments to store sales plans.
  • Situations Requiring Complex Analysis: Deep data analysis is required when involving inventory management and underperforming store sales.
  • Communication Complexity: Requires high-frequency communication with various store teams and other internal departments to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and timely resolution of problems.

Haleon sales team and/or functional employees are obligated and responsible for promoting and selling all products of Haleon (including the employer and its affiliated companies) within their jurisdiction or channel (nutritional health, over-the-counter drugs, oral health, and product categories that the company may expand and/or designate in the future) as arranged by the company.
