Most Important:

• 6+ months of experience in OSP Engineering, network design, or related telecommunications field.

• Proficiency in Esri tools such as ArcGIS Pro and Site Tracer for network planning and design.

• Experience with data management and GIS/3GIS tools for maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to evaluate OSP infrastructure conflicts and recommend practical solutions.

• Demonstrated success developing, updating, and maintaining fiber network designs in platforms like 3GIS.

• Confident in collaborating with engineering, construction, and field teams to ensure project success while maintaining thorough documentation of design changes.

• Exceptional written and verbal skills

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and resolve conflicts in outside plant (OSP) infrastructure using 3GIS for network accuracy.

• Support PMs and fiber engineers with data uploads, identifying fiber capacity issues and updating route information.

• Utilize GIS tools to manage and update network assets and plan efficient layouts.

• Leverage proficiency in 3GIS, ArcGIS Pro, and Site Tracer for fiber planning and asset management.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and compliance.

• Review GIS maps, conduit data, and layout drawings to assist with planning.

• Create, maintain, and refine fiber network designs within GIS platforms such as 3GIS.

• Apply strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Maintain thorough documentation of network designs and changes in internal systems.
