Job Summary

Betsson Group is seeking a fluent Swedish-speaking Outbound Agent to join their new Customer Service team in Malta. This role involves delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic iGaming environment. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver, strong communicator, and people person, passionate about customer service and capable of handling loyalty customer contacts, account closures, and AML/RG requests.

  • Handle incoming contacts from loyalty customers across all channels for the Swedish market.
  • Assist Chatsson with incoming loyalty contacts across all markets.
  • Manage account closures for loyalty customers.
  • Main responsibility: AML and RG requests over the phone.
  • Monitor and take ownership of all escalations from OPS teams, focusing on RG and AML cases.

Role Description:

  • Handle incoming contacts from loyalty customers across all channels, including both inbound and outbound communications for the Swedish market.
  • Assist the floor in Chatsson with incoming loyalty contacts across all markets.
  • Manage account closures for loyalty customers.
  • The main responsibility being AML and RG requests over the phone.
  • Carefully monitor and take ownership of all escalations from all OPS teams, with a particular focus on RG and AML cases.
