Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Records Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic records in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Key duties include classifying incoming records, managing physical and digital filing systems, scanning and indexing records for electronic storage, and accurately inputting data from various sources into company systems or databases.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of records management principles and best practices.
  • Experience with electronic records management systems (ERMS).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must Have:
  • Classify and organize incoming records accurately.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Manage scanning and indexing records for electronic storage.
  • Input data from various sources into company systems.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in records management, data entry, or administration.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Records Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for organizing, and maintaining both physical and electronic records in compliance with company policies and legal regulation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Classify and organize incoming records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
  • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure records are easily retrievable.
  • Manage the scanning and indexing of records for electronic storage
  • Inputting data from various sources (paper forms, emails, spreadsheets, etc.) into company systems or databases.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in records management , data entry, administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of records management principles and best practices is a plus
  • Experience with electronic records management systems (ERMS) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others
