Position summary
Trek’s Marketing Team is seeking Paid Search Specialists to elevate our global paid search activity to new heights. This person will run paid search activity in a number of international markets, driving awareness, consideration, and ultimately high quality traffic to Trekbikes.com.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in owning and managing Google Ads, including Search Ads, Google Shopping, PMAX and dynamic remarketing for multiple international markets. Craft innovative strategies and execute day-to-day operations that elevate our online presence and support sales
- Plan and execute local campaigns in alignment with the markets' broader business goals
- Implement advertising campaigns that capture the essence of our brand and drive both e-commerce and in-store sales. Experiment, test, and analyze data to make statistically significant improvements that fuel cost-efficient growth
- Adapt the strategy and planning in reflection of local market cultures, languages and nuances
- Serve as one of our in-house expert in Google Ads. Creating and optimizing campaigns to ensure success. Regularly report on Google Ads performance, conduct in-depth analyses, and uncover insights to identify new opportunities for our campaigns
- Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations on budget and approach based on performance, platform updates and industry insights
- Stay within the Google Search budgets allocated, ensuring accurate forecasting, planned spending and maximum ROI
- Work closely with other paid channel specialists to strategize a cohesive approach to budget, strategy and performance with a good understanding of the full media ecosystem
- Leverage learnings across markets to elevate the brands overall global presence and success.
- Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep a keen eye on industry trends and Google updates ensuring Trek remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
Skills, Experience & attributes
- 8+ years of experience running paid search campaigns, ideally in multiple markets
- Proven understanding and success of managing paid search campaigns as part of a wider brand strategy
- Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising metrics
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4); adept at data retrieval, dashboard creation, and audience development
- Ability to manage time and priorities in alignment with the business goals
- Ability to clearly communicate performance and strategy to team lead or internal stakeholders
- Bring great energy and have a great sense of fun!
