Job Description

We are seeking a driven and independent freelance recruiter with 4+ years of experience in the gaming or software industry. Responsibilities include recruiting and selecting candidates for various gaming and software positions; crafting engaging job descriptions; actively sourcing talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and networks; conducting phone and in-person interviews; building and maintaining a talent pool; and advising on recruitment strategies and market trends. This part-time role (10-20 hours/week) offers flexibility in working hours and location (remote work is possible).
Must Have:
  • 4+ years recruiting experience (gaming/software preferred)
  • Strong understanding of gaming/software skills and roles
  • Independent work style, managing multiple openings
  • Excellent English communication (Dutch a plus)
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools

Description

Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for the gaming and/or software industries? We are looking for an independent and driven freelance recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will collaborate with us to find top talent for a wide range of roles within the gaming industry. 

What will you do:

  • Recruit and select candidates for various positions in the gaming and software industries;
  • Write engaging job descriptions and manage recruitment channels;
  • Actively search for talent via various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networks);
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews, presenting the best candidates to hiring managers;
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of professionals;
  • Advise the team on recruitment strategies and market trends.

Location: Flexible / Remote
Hours per week: Between 10 and 20 hours per week
Contract type: Freelance

Requirements

Who are we looking for:

  • You have at least 4 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the gaming or software industry;
  • You have a strong understanding of the specific skills and roles within these sectors;
  • You can work independently and manage multiple job openings simultaneously;
  • You have excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus);
  • You are experienced in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant tools;
  • You are flexible and able to work up to 20 hours per week.
