Flexera is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager for the international region to build and drive high-impact marketing campaigns through strategic focus partners. This pivotal role involves working directly with partners to create innovative campaigns, joint marketing initiatives, and utilize campaign content to drive pipeline growth and achieve mutual success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international partner marketing with proven experience in campaigns that have delivered measurable results. Responsibilities include pipeline generation through integrated marketing campaigns with partners like VARs, MSPs, and GSIs; campaign strategy and execution across digital, events, webinars, and ABM; supporting campaign toolkits for partner utilization; monitoring and analyzing campaign performance; managing MDF budgets effectively; ensuring co-branding and brand alignment; collaborating with sales and field marketing teams; enabling partners with tools and content; building strategic marketing plans with key partners; and fostering strong relationships with partners as the main point of contact for marketing support.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of B2B partner marketing experience in the software industry.
  • Strong project management skills for partner marketing campaigns.
  • Experience interfacing with product marketing, enablement, and partner sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of marketing automation tools and reporting.
  • Hands-on attitude and creative use of limited resources.
  • Ability to drive multiple projects cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Monday.com, marketing automation tools, and webinar platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications.
  • Available to travel when needed.

Role overview: Flexera are looking for a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager to build and drive high impact marketing campaigns through our strategic focus partners across the international region. A pivotal role, where you will work directly with partners to create innovative campaigns, joint marketing initiatives and utilize our campaign content to drive pipeline growth to win together! 

 

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in partner marketing across the international region and experience with partner campaigns that have delivered impact and measurable results.  

 

  • Pipeline generation: Plan, develop and drive integrated marketing campaigns through key strategic partners which build and accelerate pipeline generation, partner types include VARs, MSPs, GSIs.  

  • Campaign strategy & execution: Collaborate with partners to develop integrated marketing plans, with a variety of activities including digital, events, webinars, ABM and content syndication. 

  • Campaign Toolkits - Support the use of campaign toolkits for partner utilization in alignment with sales plays. 

  • Performance tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing automation and CRM tools; optimize for ROI and pipeline impact. 

  • MDF management: Allocate and manage MDF budgets effectively, ensuring strategic use of funds and clear ROI reporting. 

  • Co-branding & brand alignment: Ensure all partner campaigns align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice across regions. 

  • Sales and marketing alignment: Work closely with regional sales and field marketing teams to ensure marketing initiatives support sales objectives and drive business outcomes. 

  • Partner marketing enablement: Equip partners with the tools, content, and training needed to execute successful marketing campaigns. 

  • Business planning: Build and maintain strategic marketing plans with key partners, including quarterly reviews and performance assessments. 

  • Relationship building - Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as the main point of contact for marketing support.   

 

 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications a plus 

  • A minimum 5+ years’ experience in B2B partner marketing in the software industry. 

  • Strong project management skills with experience organizing and executing partner marketing campaigns together with partners. 

  • Proven interaction and interfacing with teams such as product marketing, enablement and partner sales, leadership. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail 

  • Good understanding of marketing automation tools, reporting and insights  

  • Hands on attitude and creative use of limited resources. 

  • Detail oriented with proven ability to drive multiple projects forward cross-functionally. 

  • Good knowledge of Salesforce, Monday.com, marketing automation tools (Eloqua or similar) and webinar platforms is required. 

  • Available to travel when needed. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
