Job Description

We are looking for a talent to join our HRSS Operations team at Marsh McLennan. This position will be based in Mexico City. It is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days in the office. The Payroll Operations Analyst will be part of a dynamic team responsible for payroll processing, administration, and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees and related reporting.
Must have:
  • Elaborate and process payroll, including calculations of settlements, indemnities, and taxes.
  • Administer and maintain the payroll system database and administration.
  • Analyze payroll variations, generate reports, and ensure compliance with government requirements.
  • Address staff inquiries, audits, and reports to entities such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT.
  • Support payroll-related documentation, including stamping, tax declarations, and IMSS forms.
  • Administer employee benefits, such as vouchers, teleworking, and gas vouchers.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration or payroll generalist roles.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, Oracle or related systems, and SUA.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, government reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid scheme (3 days in office, 2 days at home) with an 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and proactive attitude.
Good to have:
  • Experience with additional payroll systems or knowledge in international payroll.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience in audits and working with government entities.
