PC&L Manager

Responsible for managing and coordinating the necessary mechanisms for the acquisition and expedited supply of materials and general, and financial services for the execution of production plans, productivity objectives, quality, cost, and delivery of finished product.

General Functions:

• Strategic planning
• Inventory control
• Supply chain management
• Process optimization
• Personnel supervision
• Management of indicators and reports
• Problem resolution

Requirements:

• Completed degree in Engineering, Administration or related field
• +4 years of experience as Materials Manager
• Experience in the automotive industry. Harnesses preferably
• Advanced conversational English
• Advanced Microsoft Office and SAP
• Leadership and team management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Inventory management
