Job Description
This role involves comprehensive warehouse management, focusing on the efficient handling and dispatch of finished products. Key responsibilities include managing import/export information, planning shipments, and ensuring accurate storage according to warehouse standards. The position requires preparing and shipping materials to meet customer deadlines, meticulous handling of various goods, and operating a forklift. The role also involves maintaining precise documentation for all inbound and outbound materials and reporting any discrepancies.
Must Have:
- Manage import/export and plan information.
- Receive and ship finished products.
- Store finished products per warehouse requirements.
- Arrange and maintain shipping documents.
- Prepare and ship materials for timely customer pickup.
- Handle various materials, verifying type, specs, and quantity.
- Operate a forklift.
- Place items neatly by type, spec, classification.
- Ensure proper stacking to prevent damage.
- Register and inspect finished product loading.
- Report abnormalities during loading.
- Ensure accuracy of all material documents.
Manage import and export, plan information, receive finished products, and ship finished products
Store finished products according to warehouse management requirements
Arrange shipment of finished products according to plan and maintain shipping documents
Prepare materials and ship goods according to the shipping plan to ensure timely customer pickup, and maintain shipping documents
Arrange the handling of various materials, clearly check their variety, specifications, quantity, etc., and drive a forklift
Place items neatly according to variety, specifications, classification, and positioning
When handling, materials should be placed neatly, not stacked too high, and wires should not be exposed, etc., to prevent damage to items
Registration and inspection of finished product loading, seven-point inspection method, report abnormalities
Ensure the correctness of various receiving and dispatching materials, inbound and outbound documents, etc.
