Must Have:
  • Serve as the strategic advisor for all Talent Acquisition needs across engineering, operations, and corporate functions.
  • Partner with HR and functional leaders to translate business plans into workforce actions and hiring strategies.
  • Build targeted sourcing pipelines for critical skill areas such as electrical design, manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain.
  • Embed within key teams to understand plant operations, technical requirements, and business priorities.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and competitive intelligence to drive decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency.
  • Ensure process excellence, data accuracy, and compliance with Aptiv standards and regulations.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
  • Experience using a modern ATS (Workday Recruit preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Basic:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or engineering environments
