ComeOn Group is seeking a People & Talent Partner to join their People & Culture team in Umeå. This role will support the Umeå office, focusing on hiring top talent and fostering a positive workplace culture. The partner will act as a go-to HR resource, guiding managers through the employee lifecycle, leading recruitment, and managing administrative processes. Key responsibilities include partnering with managers on HR best practices, managing the recruitment and onboarding process, handling HR operations such as payroll and visa applications, driving employee engagement through events, and managing office needs and supplies.

Are you passionate about people and creating an exceptional employee experience? We're looking for a People & Talent Partner to join our People & Culture team, supporting our Umeå office with everything from hiring top talent to driving a great workplace culture. Our Umeå team has approx 20 employees and Stockholm approx 105 employees. 

You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR – guiding managers through the full employee lifecycle, leading recruitment efforts, and owning key admin processes. This is a hands-on, people-first role where your voice matters, and you’ll have the chance to shape how we work and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted partner: 
    • Support and coach managers on HR best practices, employee relations, and performance issues.
    • Escalate issues to the People & Culture Managers when and if needed.
    • Conduct stay & exit interviews and provide feedback to the relevant department's Manager.
    • Assist the People & Culture Managers and other members of the team, in people-related projects and initiatives
  • Own recruitment and onboarding: 
    • Manage the full hiring cycle – from screening and interviews to onboarding – while delivering a smooth candidate experience.
    • Take full ownership and manage your roles and applications on our ATS whilst giving regular feedback to the Senior People & Culture Manager.
    • Follow up with newly hired employees throughout their probationary period and together with the manager, provide periodical feedback.
  • Lead HR operations: 
    • Act as the department’s first point of contact for all HR related queries and escalate if and as needed.
    • Handle contracts, payroll input, visa and work permit applications, data updates, and ensure compliance with Swedish employment laws.
    • Assist in ongoing, people-related projects.
    • Ensure all policies, procedures, and guidelines are being adhered to and suggest improvements.
  • Drive engagement: 
    • Organise events and team activities that bring our culture to life.
    • Take the lead during events, encouraging participation and ensuring every event is a success.
  • Keep things running smoothly: 
    • Manage office needs, liaise with vendors, support travel bookings, and maintain a well-functioning workspace.
    • Keep track of office invoices, ensuring payments are made on time and budgets are maintained
    • Manage office supplies, keeping everything stocked and the workspace cosy, functional, and ready for action.
    • Schedule maintenance, repairs, and improvements, ensuring the office is always in top shape and compliant with health and safety policies.
