We’re searching for a People Partner to help our Product, Design, and Analytics teams grow — not just in size, but in capability, culture, and connection.

This role is all about autonomy — empowering leaders, building roadmaps, solving problems creatively, and finding practical ways to support our fast-moving teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Act as a strategic advisor to the Product, Design and Analytics teams, aligning People strategies with business objectives.
• Lead talent management, including performance management, development, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective organizational structures and manage change.
• Drive employee relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and engagement strategies.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform People strategies and decisions.
• Offer coaching and mentorship to all levels of the organization, emphasizing leadership and management development.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥

You’ll need:

• Relevant experience in an HR Business Partner role, focusing on technology or product-led environments. Having impactful work results matters more than the number of years of experience.
• Strong track record of mentoring and coaching, with an emphasis on building relationships and developing talent.
• Innovative mindset with experience in implementing creative HR solutions and experiments.
• Proficiency in English to ensure effective communication and rapport with our diverse teams.
• Education in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus but not a requirement. We highly value recent and relevant international training programs or professional development experiences.
