WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🌟
Our SEO efforts are expanding globally, and we’re looking for a Link Building Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. You’ll take on hands-on link-building initiatives that help our blog and product pages reach new audiences around the world.
This role sits within the SEO team and reports directly to the Global Head of SEO
, collaborating closely with our PR Manager, Editorial Director, and Technical SEO Specialist. You’ll secure high-quality backlinks through guest post outreach, link exchanges, “Top 10” list placements, and broken link reclamation — supporting our broader digital PR and content goals across multiple markets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 🚀
- Execute link-building campaigns focused on guest post outreach, link exchanges, and broken link recovery.
- Identify and secure placements in “Top 10 product” lists, resource pages, and editorial roundups.
- Build and maintain outreach lists, contact databases, and relationships with publishers, bloggers, and website owners.
- Personalize every outreach message to maximize response rates and placement success.
- Track outreach performance, backlink quality, and campaign success using tools like Ahrefs, BuzzStream, and Pitchbox.
- Collaborate with the PR Manager on higher-tier link opportunities to complement ongoing digital PR efforts.
- Partner with the Editorial and Technical SEO teams to ensure new and updated content is optimized for link acquisition.
- Continuously monitor link health and assist in reclaiming lost or broken backlinks.
- Stay on top of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new outreach strategies that can improve link acquisition.
TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥
You’ll need:
- 2+ years of hands-on link-building experience.
- Proven success in guest post outreach, link exchanges, and relationship-based link acquisition.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and how backlinks influence visibility and GEO rankings.
- Experience using tools like Ahrefs, BuzzStream, and Pitchbox (or similar).
- Excellent communication and personalization skills in outreach.
- A data-driven mindset — you’re comfortable tracking KPIs like referring domains, DA/DR growth, and backlink velocity.
- The ability to stay organized across multiple campaigns and markets.
It would be great if you have:
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or brand-facing outreach.
- Familiarity with digital PR and content promotion tactics.
- A creative approach to link-building that balances scale with authenticity.
