At Mindtickle, you'll have the opportunity to shape an innovative and dynamic company’s people strategy, work closely with leadership, and have a meaningful impact in your role.
In this role, you’ll play an important role in the People Success function, working with business teams and implementing key HR initiatives. You'll work closely with senior People Partners and business managers to ensure smooth employee experiences and maintain positive work relationships.

- Driving Engagement & Retention: Design and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience. Cultivate an inclusive and high-performing workplace. Analyze key workforce trends and assist the People Partner team in developing talent solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Implement and support performance review cycles, feedback mechanisms, and career growth frameworks.
- Partnerships: Partner with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other centers of excellence (COEs) to support cross-functional HR projects..
- Employee Relations: Support the People Partner team in addressing employee concerns, assisting with documentation, and contributing to fair, transparent resolution of people-related matters
We'd love to hear from you, if you:
- Education: Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certifications like SHRM-CP , PHR a plus).
- Experience: 3-4 years of total HR experience, including 2 years as an HRBP .
- Experience in Tech or SaaS companies or high-growth startups is preferred.
- The ideal candidate is Curious, a Good listener, and has strong Consultative and Advisory skills.
- Team player with a sense of ownership and “Get things done” attitude - self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment General knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws in India and global markets, and industry best practices
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
