Job Description

Mindtickle is a market-leading revenue productivity platform. The System Engineer provides first-line technical support to a global internal user base, ensuring high productivity. This role involves resolving hardware and software issues, administering M365 and Google Workspace, managing macOS devices with Jamf Pro, handling user onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining IT assets and infrastructure. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills across Mac and Windows environments.
Good To Have:
  • Familiarity with macOS management, preferably with experience in Jamf Pro
  • Knowledge of modern device management concepts, including Microsoft Intune (endpoint management)
Must Have:
  • Provide support to internal users through our ticketing system, resolving technical issues efficiently and meeting established SLAs
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software support issues for all employees
  • Provide dedicated support for Microsoft 365 (M365) and Google Workspace administration and user issues
  • Administer and support our Jamf Pro environment for macOS device management, ensuring security and compliance
  • Provide comprehensive support for both macOS and Windows operating systems
  • Handle user lifecycle management, including the onboarding and offboarding of users
  • Support laptop allocation to new joiners, coordinating with HR and the workspace team
  • Update and manage the asset management system to maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets
  • Participate in IT infrastructure maintenance, including system building, imaging, and deployment processes
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation for support procedures and common issues
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar IT support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration role
  • Strong technical knowledge of macOS administration and Windows laptop administration
  • Expert-level troubleshooting skills for both macOS and Windows environments
  • Knowledge and experience in administering Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft 365 (M365)

Job Snapshot

The System Engineer is the first line of technical support for our internal global user base. This role is essential for maintaining high user productivity by providing professional, timely, and efficient technical support across all hardware, software, and systems, with a strong emphasis on Mac, Windows, M365, and Google Workspace environments.

Infrastructure Maintenance:

  • Participate in IT infrastructure maintenance, including system building, imaging, and deployment processes.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation for support procedures and common issues.

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

  • Experience: Proven experience ( 3+ years) in a similar IT support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of macOS administration and Windows laptop administration.
  • Expert-level troubleshooting skills for both macOS and Windows environments.
  • Knowledge and experience in administering Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft 365 (M365).

Device Management (Strongly Preferred):

  • Familiarity with macOS management, preferably with experience in Jamf Pro.
  • Knowledge of modern device management concepts, including Microsoft Intune (endpoint management).
