Internship in Collections

Support financial operations by ensuring accurate and timely review and update of bank statements, assisting with financial applications, and coordinating document collection with internal teams.

As a finance intern, you will be part of an essential stage in the company's financial flow and will work in direct contact with our team in Mexico. You will also collaborate with other departments, gaining a broader view of the organization's operations, while developing practical skills in financial processes and compliance.

Your role

• Support financial operations by ensuring accurate and timely reviews and updates of bank statements;
• Assist in Financial Application activities;
• Support in coordinating and collecting documentation with internal teams;
• Support in issuing payment receipts

You are the right person if:

• You are currently pursuing higher education in Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, Accounting, Finance, International Relations, or related fields;
• You have an expected course completion from February/2027 onwards;
• You have Basic/Intermediate English proficiency;
• You have Intermediate Excel knowledge;
• You possess skills such as Proactivity, Good Communication, Teamwork, and Attention to detail;
• Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus.

How we work together

We believe that we make a greater impact when we are together than apart. For our office team members, this means working in person at least three days a week, to collaborate and connect with others.

On-site positions require the employee's full-time presence at the company's facilities. For employees in field positions, their duties are performed more effectively outside the company's facilities, usually at client or supplier sites.

This role is an office-based position.
