About This Role
Join our Business Aviation Training Centre in Vienna (Schwechat) as Planner where you’ll be part of our global Business Aviation Training team.
We have just opened the doors to our newest business aviation training centre in Vienna, Austria, come be part of the initial team setting up the operations. CAE will initially operate five state-of the-art Full Flight Simulators in Vienna, including the G550, PH100/300, Global 7500, and a Global 6000 Vision Full Flight Simulators for business jets from leading manufacturers. The new 8,000-square-metre facility will have space for expansion with a capacity for up to nine Full Flight Simulators and will be purpose-built to deliver the most advanced pilot training experience in Central Europe.
The role we are offering you
The planning department is responsible for meticulously managing and maintaining training schedules, instructor assignments and simulator allocation. This critical role ensures compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards and operational guidelines whilst optimising resource utilisation. Your expertise in scheduling and a high attention to detail will be key to the success of our operation.

You are very organised with good attention to detail, and you thrive in a busy, live-training environment. You are approachable and a team player and you enjoy interacting with other internal departments and colleagues on-site. You can easily adapt to changes on short notice and work well under pressure and you are a keen and proactive problem solver.
Contract details & location
This on-site position is based at our Business Aviation Training Centre in Schwechat. We offer a permanent contract with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday (a 40-hour week) and an occasional requirement to work on public holidays (based on customer needs).
