Job Description

As a seasoned Power Platform Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. This includes building custom applications with Power Apps and Power Pages, automating workflows with Power Automate, creating advanced dashboards in Power BI, and developing AI chatbots using Copilot Studio. You will also be responsible for integrating and migrating systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.

Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions.
Build custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
Develop responsive user interfaces with Power Pages.
Customize and extend applications using Power FX, PCF, and Dataverse.
Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows).
Integrate with external systems via APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Dataverse.
Handle exception management, error handling, and secure data flows.
Create advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Optimize DAX queries, data models, and performance tuning.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across reporting layers.
Build intelligent chatbots and virtual agents using Copilot Studio.
Integrate Copilot with Teams, SharePoint, and external services for enhanced user engagement.
Migrate legacy systems (e.g., InfoPath, Nintex, SPD workflows) to Power Platform equivalents.
Integrate with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL, and Azure Services.
Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio.
Experience with Dataverse, SQL, REST APIs, Azure Key Vault, SharePoint.
Knowledge of DAX, Power FX, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Git.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Agile project delivery and mentoring junior developers.
