Practitioner Faculty

This position will involve teaching both in person and online. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Teach classes from existing AU curriculum, facilitate conversations related to complex content, and field questions with credibility based on experience and expertise. - Collaborate with AU programs and operations teams to deliver excellent learning experiences for participants at all levels of the organization. - Inform current teaching and future development efforts by sharing insights and takeaways from classes and business engagements with the rest of AU. - Support and/or mentor other employees to act as conduits of Apple’s culture, including AU Associates and colleagues on the People team. - Engage with business leaders, managers, and People Business Partners to understand and support their businesses, organizations, and development needs.
