Job Summary
Job Description
Solution Architects assess a project's technical feasibility and implementation risks. They are responsible for designing and implementing the overall technical and solution architecture, defining system structure, interfaces, guiding principles, software design, and implementation. The scope of the role is dictated by the business issue at hand, utilizing business and technology expertise. This role involves managing solution/delivery architecture, demonstrating leadership in the architect community, and possessing strong technology and business acumen. You will act as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level for clients, lead Capgemini operations in market development and service delivery, and serve as a role model. Certification in Capgemini Architects level 2 or above, relevant solution certifications, IAF, and/or TOGAF 9 or equivalent is preferred.

They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, the solution principles guiding the organisation, the software design and the implementation. The scope of the Solution Architect’s role is defined by the business issue at hand. To fulfil the role, a Solution Architect utilises business and technology expertise and experience.
Job Description - Grade Specific
Managing Solution/Delivery Architect - Design, deliver and manage complete solutions. Demonstrate leadership of topics in the architect community and show a passion for technology and business acumen. Work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level for an internal or external client. Lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence. Are seen as a role model in their (local) community. Certification: preferably Capgemini Architects certification level 2 or above, relevant solution certifications, IAF and/or industry certifications such as TOGAF 9 or equivalent.
