Amazon Connect Developer | 6 to 12 Years | Pune

This role is for an Amazon Connect Developer with 6 to 12 years of experience, based in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python and NodeJS, along with hands-on experience in various AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and CI/CD processes is also required. The role involves developing and managing Amazon Connect solutions, focusing on contact flow creation and contact center operations.

Must Have

• Proven experience as an Amazon Connect Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and NodeJS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
