Job Description

As a Pricing Manager at Nordcurrent, you'll be a key player in developing and implementing pricing strategies for their mobile games. Responsibilities include managing price matrices, creating financial models, conducting A/B tests to optimize pricing, standardizing pricing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving pricing discrepancies, and identifying opportunities for profitability improvement. You'll work closely with stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as experience working with large datasets and a data-driven approach.

As a Pricing Manager at Nordcurrent, you’ll play a key role in shaping our pricing strategy and driving business impact. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to set pricing, resolve discrepancies, streamline processes, and provide monetization best-practices to fellow colleagues.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and updating price matrix, pricing calculations, and systems to ensure everything is accurate and up-to-date;
  • Developing and maintaining financial and analytical models to guide pricing decisions;
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of various strategies and initiatives;
  • Assisting in creating a standardized pricing process across the company for greater efficiency and consistency;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives;
  • Partnering with teams and external partners to resolve pricing questions and issues, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration;
  • Pricing Optimization – identify opportunities for pricing optimization and recommend strategies to improve profitability;
  • Working closely with stakeholders.
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role;
  • Experience working with large data sets and ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent analytical, organizational,  time management, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to coordinate projects, set priorities, take responsibility, and manage tasks independently;
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Desire to drive efficiency, process improvement, and to enhance understanding of business drivers.
Extra Great to Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience;

  • Strong knowledge and interest in gaming.

Salary: From 3000 EUR/month (gross)
