Job Summary

Job Description

This role is for a PrimusLife-Manager - CA in Bengaluru, focusing on financial compliance, reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls. The manager will oversee real estate-specific financial operations, ensuring adherence to RERA guidelines, and lead a team of junior accountants. Key responsibilities include financial statement finalization, audit handling, cost optimization, and process improvement. The position requires a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably in real estate, and strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and financial software.
Must have:
  • Ensure strict adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RERA compliance.
  • Preparation and finalization of financial statements in line with accounting standards.
  • Handle audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, providing insights for cost optimization.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage tax planning and ensure timely filing of returns.
  • Address tax queries and represent the organization in tax assessments and litigations.
  • Design, implement, and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard assets and enhance efficiency.
  • Recommend and drive process improvements for better financial management.
  • Oversee project cost accounting, revenue recognition, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines for all financial aspects of projects.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, ensuring their professional growth and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless financial integration.
