Join Saxo's Endpoint Platform team to shape the future of client platforms for our global workforce. As part of the Enterprise Infrastructure area, our team is dedicated to enhancing productivity and security through innovative technology solutions. You will be part of the Copenhagen team, working closely in collaboration with colleagues in India, where continuous improvement and teamwork are key to our success.

Your role will involve developing and managing the client platform, ensuring robust endpoint security, enhanced user experience, and system efficiency through automation and proactive technology strategies. Please note that the position is located in Hellerup, Denmark. Your reporting management will be based in Gurugram, India.

Responsibilities

As our new Principal Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing the client platform using Microsoft technologies and other tools, with a strong emphasis on endpoint security and building trust. In this role, you will also implement solutions designed to enhance security, improve connectivity, and elevate the overall user experience across the organization.

Further you will:

• Engage with users by addressing first-line support issues, incidents, and service requests during operations to drive continuous improvement in the environment.

• Drive automation initiatives, focusing on efficiency improvements.

• Manage software and security updates while monitoring system health, utilizing SCCM and/or Intune.

• Engage in areas such as Multi-Factor Authentication, Zero Trust Networking, and modernized application authentication processes.

Your Profile

We seek dynamic individuals with a genuine interest in technology, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a drive for innovation. The ideal candidate will have experience in endpoint management and security, with a strong background in Microsoft technologies. You have excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude, ready to drive projects to completion with a focus on security and stability.

Further:

• Preferably a background in System Engineering, End-point Security or similar.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, such as Intune and/or SCCM.

While experience in endpoint management and security is advantageous, we prioritize a proactive mindset and eagerness to continue learning.
