The GSK Terminology Management platform serves up publicly available and internally specified terminologies across Research and Development. As part of the ecosystem, the Ontology Management Platform must both provide a repository for terminologies, alongside the tools and workflows for their governance. The primary purpose of this job is to work as part of a team who are accountable to develop and promote the use of terminologies, from simple reference lists to complex ontologies, and to serve them up in a FAIR and trustworthy manner, to the whole of

GSK.
The success of the Principal Product Designer role is defined by their ability to translate diverse user requirements into actionable tech enhancements. The platform under their responsibility needs to be appropriately validated, compliant, and always ready for inspection. The Person must also maintain effective operational oversight, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and customer support. Additionally, they must successfully support and input to system strategy, ensure data quality is being enforced adequately, and provide necessary project support, demonstrating effectiveness and accountability across the entire project stack. The Person will understand the value of FAIR semantics and help design a single Terminology Plat

form.

munications.
