Job Description

As a Principal Sales & Account Management professional, you will manage key OTA relationships across the South Korea market. You will drive long-term commercial strategies, foster C-level relationships and lead cross-functional initiatives that align customer success with Sabre’s growth objectives. This role requires deep market understanding, strong industry expertise and the ability to influence strategic outcomes in a dynamic travel technology environment. You will be responsible for managing strategic OTA accounts in South Korea, driving long-term growth, retention, and product adoption, leading commercial negotiations, developing and executing tailored growth plans, partnering with product, marketing, and technical teams, and providing market and customer insights.
Must Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or account management within travel technology or SaaS.
  • Ability to manage complex commercial relationships and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of OTA business models, GDS platforms and solutions.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and delivering strategic outcomes.

Overview
We are seeking a Principal Sales & Account Management professional to join our global Agency Sales team, where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impact—partnering with Travel Agencies to expand Sabre’s footprint, enhance customer value and drive commercial success. As a Principal Sales & Account Management professional, you will manage key OTA relationships across the South Korea market. You will drive long-term commercial strategies, foster C-level relationships and lead cross-functional initiatives that align customer success with Sabre’s growth objectives. This role requires deep market understanding, strong industry expertise and the ability to influence strategic outcomes in a dynamic travel technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic OTA accounts in South Korea with a focus on long-term growth, retention and product adoption.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including renewals and strategic deals that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute tailored growth plans that drive mutual value and solution alignment.
  • Partner with product, marketing and technical teams to deliver customer-specific innovation and advocacy.
  • Provide market and customer insights that shape Sabre’s OTA strategy and influence product direction.

Preferred qualifications and education

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, account management or strategic partnerships within travel technology, distribution or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage complex commercial relationships and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of OTA business models, GDS platforms and solutions including APIs, NDC or automation.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and delivering strategic outcomes in matrix environments.
