Job Description

The Principal Solution Delivery Manager at Zuora drives enterprise implementation teams, ensuring end-to-end delivery of complex Zuora solutions across domestic and international regions. This role involves implementing subscription billing and/or revenue solutions, partnering with senior customer stakeholders, managing budgets, and presenting technical solutions. The manager collaborates on enterprise software sales processes and contributes to product enhancement, requiring 50% domestic travel.
Must have:

  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of complex Zuora implementation engagements.
  • Implement subscription billing and/or revenue solutions leveraging client service and management consulting experience.
  • Partner with senior/executive customer stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Balance customer budget management and services revenue delivery.
  • Present technical solutions to diverse stakeholders and engage with executives on technical and business topics.
  • Collaborate with enterprise software sales processes.
  • Contribute to product-enhancement processes for enterprise software vendors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a project management specialist or related occupation.
  • 4 years of enterprise software experience.
  • 4 years working with enterprise software sales processes.
  • 4 years collaborating with product-enhancement processes for enterprise software vendors.
  • 4 years experience with CRM, ERP, Order to Revenue systems.
  • 4 years experience with SaaS-based enterprise software implementation (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • 4 years billing and/or revenue techno/functional implementation experience.
  • 4 years product release management.

Job Details

  • Drive enterprise implementation teams with technical and functional fluency to deliver complex enterprise solutions across domestic and international regions.
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of complex Zuora implementation engagements, covering project and solution quality, financial management, risk, and delivery performance.
  • Implement subscription billing and/or revenue solutions leveraging client service and management consulting experience.
  • Partner with senior/executive customer stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle, balancing customer budget management and services revenue delivery.
  • Present technical solutions to diverse stakeholders and engage with executives on technical and business topics.
  • Collaborate with enterprise software sales processes and contribute to product-enhancement processes for enterprise software vendors.
  • Position requires 50% domestic travel.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a project management specialist, or a related occupation. Experience must include 4 years of experience with each of the following:

1. Enterprise software experience.

2. Working with enterprise software sales processes, from a product and/or services sales perspective.

3. Collaborating with product-enhancement processes for enterprise software vendors.

4. CRM, ERP, Order to Revenue systems.

5. SaaS-based enterprise software implementation, including SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

6. Billing and/or revenue techno/functional implementation experience.

7. Product release management.

The base pay details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate’s final base salary will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget.
