Procurement Project Manager for Public Procurement

Job Description

• Coordinate and execute procurements both within our company and at the group level – from planning and preparation for procurement to negotiations and contract conclusion;
• Consult colleagues and procurement initiators on public procurement execution matters;
• Ensure that everything complies not only with laws but also with the highest standards of transparency, efficiency, and sustainability;
• Monitor market trends and legal changes, propose new ideas and innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Higher education (law, management, finance, economics fields – an advantage);
• Experience and knowledge of the LR Public Procurement Law and/or Procurement Law and the ability to apply it in practice;
• Responsibility, transparency, and the ability to maintain respectful and open relationships – essential qualities for successful work;
• Diligence and responsibility, aiming for daily work results;
• Excellent collaboration skills, systemic and analytical ability;
• English language proficiency at no lower than B2 level;
• Experience using procurement management systems (CVP IS);
• Advantage: valid public procurement specialist certificate.
