Job Description

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you are key to creating an exceptional customer experience. Your role involves greeting customers, guiding them through the store, and assisting them with your trend and product knowledge. You'll also ensure the sales floor and backstage areas are always organized and inviting. You are encouraged to be yourself, positively representing the H&M Group. You'll work within a team that makes fashion accessible, helping customers express their individuality through the latest trends and timeless styles in a vibrant store environment.
Must have:
  • Greet customers, guide them through the store, and assist them with trend and product knowledge.
  • Ensure the sales floor and backstage area are always stocked, organized, and inviting.
  • Represent the H&M Group positively by being yourself.
  • Passion for fashion and the desire to create a unique shopping experience for customers.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
  • Be strong in communication, creative, and curious to work with store technologies, and willing to constantly learn and develop.
  • Be proactive and flexible to work Friday and Saturday.

YOUR ROLE
