Job Description

As a sales associate, you will be the friendly face greeting customers and embodying the brand. You will provide excellent service, assist with sales, checkout, fitting rooms, and general store support. Responsibilities also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and presenting collections. Your role is key to creating welcoming experiences and inspiring customers with genuine support and proactive service, working with your team to create meaningful moments.
Must have:

Job Description

As a sales associate, you are the friendly face that greets our customers and embodies the heart of our brand. With us, you will have the opportunity to offer our customers the best service in every respect. From sales conversations to support at the checkout, in the fitting room, and throughout the store, you contribute to improving the shopping experience. Additionally, your area of responsibility includes processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and presenting the current collection. Your role is crucial in creating welcoming experiences for our customers and presenting the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you accompany our customers on their journey and offer genuine support and proactive service to encourage and inspire them. Together with your team, you create moments that matter. Prior knowledge in customer service and product knowledge is desirable, but not strictly required.

Additional Information
