Job Description
The main role is to lead the client's business to success through game development, operations, etc. You can also be active in a wide range of fields, such as original planning and new business development that utilize your personal know-how. We are looking for people who can devise optimal strategies in response to changes in the game industry, regardless of genre such as smartphones, consoles, PCs, and arcades, and contribute to clients and business plans. The responsibilities include planning/business planning/external negotiations for game development and game operation projects, and planning and business planning utilizing game-related or individual know-how.
Good To Have:
- Experience in external negotiations/contract negotiations
- Experience in various numerical analysis
- Experience in team building in the game industry
Must Have:
- Experience as a director/producer in the game industry
- Experience in launching new entertainment-related projects

職務内容
- ゲーム開発やゲーム運営プロジェクト立案/事業計画作成/対外折衝などの業務全般
- ゲーム関連または個別のノウハウを生かした企画立案と事業計画作成
必須要件
- ゲーム業界でのディレクター/プロデューサーご経験
（コンシューマー系/ソーシャル系どちらでも） - またはエンターテイメント系ビジネスの新規プロジェクト立ち上げご経験
歓迎要件
- 対外折衝/契約交渉などのご経験
- 各種数値分析などのご経験
- ゲーム業界でのチームビルディングのご経験
リモートワークでのフォロー体制
セクション、プロジェクトごとに毎日の朝会や昼会で進捗確認を行うなど、コミュニケーションの場を欠かさずに設けています。 また、タイミングをみてランチMTGなどの機会を設けて対面でのフォローも実施しています。
