About the role: 

We are seeking a creative, organized, and driven Producer in Zurich to join our production team at ASG’s creative agency for Ad Hoc and or based projects. This role will be responsible for leading video and audio projects from start to finish, including pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery. This is a hands-on role that requires prior production experience, creative problem-solving, and strong client management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Produce video and audio content based on content strategy and key objectives

• Provide consistent and high-quality client management throughout the full lifecycle of projects

• Contribute to the project intaking, scoping, and budgeting process

• Assist and oversee the development of project briefs, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists

• Lead on-set production, which may include: scheduling, talent management, art

direction, script supervision, camera operation, and monitoring audio

• Oversee the design and post-production process and ensure review and approval stays on schedule

• Collaborate with creative team members ensuring excellence and quality in our creative output, always adhering to best practices and client direction

• Ensure all deliverables are meeting client expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets

Required Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in producer or equivalent position at an agency, production company, or in-house creative services department

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university or college

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

Full time, with typical work hours 9am to 6pm, Monday-Friday. As necessary, employees may be required to work overtime.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear

• During shoots, the employee may need to be able to stand for hours at a time

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Work Environment:

• This is a hybrid role, with the employee needing to travel to shooting locations in Zurich

when needed

• Occasional travel (<10%)

• Work environment noise level is usually moderate

• The employee will routinely operate typical business office and production equipment

Compensation:

This part-time position offers a range, in Swiss Francs, between 70 - 80 CHF per hour, depending on experience.
