Job Summary

MY.GAMES is a leading European developer and publisher, making great games for 1+ billion players. Our internationally distributed team works remotely, with hubs in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Armenia, UAE, and Serbia. We offer professional opportunities to develop and support large-scale PC/console/mobile projects across various genres. As a Product Analyst, you will make data-driven product decisions, formulate and test hypotheses to improve core metrics, and build systems for tracking KPIs.

Must Have

  • Make product decisions grounded in data analysis
  • Formulate and test hypotheses to improve core metrics
  • Build and refine the system for tracking and evaluating KPIs
  • Solid command of product metrics and the ability to explain their real-world meaning
  • Python skills strong enough to shape messy data into usable datasets
  • Confidence in visualizing data clearly and choosing the right chart for the story
  • Hands-on experience automating ETL (Airflow or a comparable tool)
  • Strong foundation in probability theory and mathematical statistics
