Job Description
Eureka, the company behind the online dating app "Pairs", is seeking a Product Data Analyst to support the growth of the app. Eureka values data-driven decision-making. This role within the BI Team aims to expand data utilization for business judgments and enhance analysis speed and quality. The Product Data Analyst will collaborate closely with product managers, taking responsibility for the entire PDCA cycle, including data infrastructure construction, data analysis, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive in driving Eureka's valuable and efficient decision-making processes.
Must have:
- SQL data analysis, data mart/warehouse building & operation (3+ years)
- BI tool dashboard implementation (Tableau, Redash) (3+ years)
- Statistical knowledge (e.g., Grade 2 Certificate)
- Propose data-driven service improvements
- Cross-team project management
- Fluent Japanese communication
- Basic English communication
Good to have:
- Data pipeline tool operation (dbt, Airflow)
- Experience in toC service analysis
- A/B Testing, Causal Inference knowledge
- Data Science/Statistics expertise
- Ability to formalize/quantify complex analysis
- Experience with Directors/Executives
- Business-level English

Job Summary:
オンラインデーティングアプリ「Pairs」の成長を支える「Product Data Analyst」を募集します。エウレカには、様々な意思決定の場で、データを重視して、ビジネス判断を行う風土があります。今回募集を行う「Product Data Analyst」ポジションは、BI （Business Intelligence）Teamに所属し、ビジネス判断を行うためのデータ利活用の領域を広げ、分析のスピード・質を向上させるという大きなミッションに取り組んでいただきます。具体的には、本ポジションは、プロダクトマネージャーと密にコミュニケーションを取り、データ基盤の構築・データ分析・グロース施策までの一連のPDCA推進を担当いただきます。前提にとらわれず、エウレカの価値のある意思決定と意思決定の効率化を推進する方のご応募をお待ちしています。
- dbt &dagsterを用いたデータウェアハウス・データマートの設計・構築・運用
- データ分析に基づいて、Pairsの各施策のPDCA推進をリード
- 各組織と連携しながら、Pairs全体のグロース戦略立案・実行をリード
- 各組織でのデータ利活用の推進
- プロジェクト管理ツール：JIRA / Monday
- ナレッジマネジメントツール：Confluence / whimsical
- コミュニケーションツール：Slack
- BIツール: Tableau, Looker Studio
- データ基盤開発言語: Python
- データベース: Google BigQuery / Amazon Aurora / Amazon DynamoDB / Elasticsearch
- データストレージ: Google Cloud Storage / Amazon S3
- データ収集・ETL基盤: dbt / Dagster / Fivetran/ Google Cloud Dataflow
- SQLによるデータ分析、データマートやデータウェアハウスの構築・運用経験（実務経験3年以上）
- redash / TableauなどのBIツールでダッシュボード実装の経験（実務経験3年以上）
- 統計検定2級程度の統計知識
- データ分析でアクションを自ら提案し、サービスの改善をした経験
- チーム横断でのプロジェクト推進経験
- 流暢（Fluent）にコミュニケーションができる日本語能力
- 読み書きができ、簡単な会話ができる英語能力
- dbt/ Airflowなどのデータパイプラインツールの運用経験
- toCサービス事業での分析経験
- A/B Test、因果推論の知識・経験
- データサイエンス/統計学の専門知識
- 複雑で抽象度が高い分析課題も定式化・定量化して解決できるスキル
- ディレクター・エグゼクティブメンバーとの業務経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語能力
- オンラインデーティング業界の未来に共感しコミットできる
- 部署横断で周囲を巻き込み、引っ張るコミュニケーションができる
- チームやプロダクトのあるべき姿を考え続けられる
