Job Description

Match Group's Evergreen and Emerging (E&E) group is seeking an Executive Assistant for a six-month fixed term. This role involves supporting four executives on the Emerging and Evergreen team, managing calendars, coordinating travel and events, handling expense reports, subscriptions, and various ad hoc projects. The position requires working three days a week in the Dallas office to foster real-life collaboration.

Must Have:
  • Manage calendars, schedule interdepartmental meetings and events, coordinate catering and site selection, and submit expense reports.
  • Make travel arrangements, including air, land (Uber and Lyft), and accommodations (extensive domestic and international travel).
  • Screen correspondence, provide assistance on presentations and reports.
  • Interface with a broad range of employees and executives across global brands, draft memos and other correspondence.
  • Help plan events, including offsites and team outings.
  • Coordinate with other Executive Assistants.
  • At least 3+ years’ experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced level G-suite, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills.
  • Adaptable, open to change, flexible in supporting additional executives, and able to work outside traditional business hours if needed.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle clients with professionalism and maturity.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment under challenging time constraints.

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team on a six-month fixed term basis. As an Executive Assistant, you will be supporting four executives on our Emerging and Evergreen team. This will include calendar management, travel and event coordination, expense reports, subscriptions and other ad hoc projects.

When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Dallas office 3 days/week.

How you'll make an impact:

  • You will manage calendars, schedule interdepartmental meetings and events, and coordinate with outside parties as necessary, including catering and site selection, as well as submit expense reports
  • You will make travel arrangements; including air, land (Uber and Lyft), and accommodations (extensive domestic and international travel)
  • You will screen correspondence, provide assistance on presentations and reports
  • You will interface with a broad range of employees as well as executives across our global portfolio of brands and provide assistance on presentations and reports, and draft memos and other correspondence as needed
  • You’ll help plan events, including offsites and team outings.
  • You will help coordinate with other Executive Assistants

We could be a Match if:

  • You have at least 3+ years’ experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment
  • You have advanced level G-suite, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
  • You are adaptable, open to change and can be flexible in supporting additional executives when needed and are able to work outside of traditional business hours, if needed
  • You possess a strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle external and internal clients with professionalism and maturity and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment under sometimes challenging time constraints
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
