Role Overview

• Analysis of game economy, balance, player behavior
• Conducting in-game studies of player behavior to identify weaknesses and monetisation growth points
• Formulating and testing hypotheses for game improvement
• Preparing and conducting A/B tests
• Preparing recommendations for changes and new functionality within the product team
• Automating game data collection and processing.
• Developing dashboards for repeatable reports (Power BI)

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Professional level English and Russian
• Analytics experience of 2 years or more
• Strong SQL skills, python skills
• Experience with databases (preferably ClickHouse, BigQuery)
• Understanding of business and product metrics
• Good knowledge of mathematical statistics and A/B testing methods
• Experience in effective A/B testing
• Ability to work independently with data (from problem definition, querying, processing and visualisation)
• Ability to make decisions based on data and argue them
• Successful experience of implementing your own analytics-based ideas into games or internal products
• Love for games
