Job Description
Cirrus Logic is seeking a Product Engineer to qualify new products and drive quality improvements. This role involves collaborating with internal engineering teams and external product test suppliers to resolve sophisticated problems and implement efficient process improvements. Responsibilities include working with the Quality team on product reliability qualifications, owning statistical data analysis and reporting, developing hardware for reliability stressing, bringing up burn-in capabilities, and collaborating with multi-functional teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with an understanding of statistics and data analysis to work on cutting-edge audio, voice, and haptics solutions.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field + 3 years industry experience
- Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis
- Familiarity with datasheets
- Knowledge of hardware design basics
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Visual Basic (VBT), or JSL
- Experience with oscilloscope and logic analyzers for burn in debug
- Attention to detail and ability to make good decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good to have:
- Knowledge of reliability stresses such as HTOL/ELFR/HAST/ESD
- Experience with hardware design

Responsibilities
- Work with Quality team on product reliability qualifications
- Own statistical data analysis & reporting to external customers
- Develop hardware for reliability stressing
- Bring up of burn in capability for qualifications
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams, such as Quality and Design, to implement solutions to sophisticated problems
Required Skills and Qualifications
